She needs to go see her doctor.

It is most likely a hormonal problem as a result of the abortion...if so, it will come back for sure, but it will take 3-6 months usually (and if it bugs her a lot she can probably use rogaine in the meantime)...don't worry, It's highly doubtful that she's going bald...especially since it seems that this has happened in a short amount of time all at once, instead of gradually over years. Most women loose a lot of hair after a pregnancy as well...so it is very hormonaly tied.

Either way, have her consuld with a doctor...they can run tests to check for a possible thyroid problem, or for hormonal inbalance.

Good luck!

Ask her to try Phyto hair care products. Their line is made purposely for thinning hair and hair loss, and other hair problems I might add. You can find Phyto hair care products at drugstore.com (recommended) or your nearest sephora. =)

Hopefully you are still in school so you have a chance to catch up on grammar! Nobody wants to employ someone who cannot communicate verbally as well as written.

So you friend had a abortion 45 days ago. (See how simple that is ?

Not that she is having one in 45 days.

If it is not hormonal then "groganics" has products for hair loss.

Probaby in the beauty supply stores.
