African Hair Longer, Thicker and Healthy?

I really want my hair real long, thick and healthy. My hair is up to my boobs so its a normal size but it takes long time for me to grow my hair cause I'm african. I want hair up to my bottom or something like that but it will take years and years (maybe when I'm a grandmother or dead). I'm losing hair and I have some balled spots on my head like at the top corners of my forhead and my hair is real thin now and when I brush my hair soooo much hair falls out and I don't want to lose my hair. So anyone know any products that can make your hair grow fast and makes your hair thick (lots of hairs inside) or good tips that can make my hair thick, healthy, and longer?
