Hair loss and dandruff?

It might be stress and you don't even know it . It happened to me , I would be in the shower while shampooing my hair clumps of hair would be in my hand , scared the crap out of me .Turns out months later there was something really bothering me I didn't even know , I'm not a stressful person so I had no clue . When I delt with my problem the hair falling out stopped. Dig deeper there might be something bothering you too.

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon of aloe gel

1 tablespoon of honey

1 tablespoon of garlic juice

2 egg yolks

3 tablespoons of chamomile (tea bag content is fine to use)

24 fluid oz of water

Instructions:

1) Peel garlic and use a garlic press to squeeze the juice out

2) Mix it with honey and place the bowl in the fridge

3) Boil water with chamomile tea for about 30 minutes

4) Stir occasionally

5) When tea is done, take the bowl with honey and garlic juice out of the fridge

6) Stir in an egg yolk into the garlic juice/honey mix

7) Add Aloe Vera gel to the mix.

8) Use the mix and gently rub it in your scalp. When you run out of the paste, wrap a towel around your head.

9) Keep on your head for 20 minutes and wash once with a neutral shampoo (I used Johnson's Baby shampoo). Rub in the second egg yolk and wash off using only warm water.

10) To finish off, wash your hair off with the previously prepared chamomile tea.

Use this mix once a week.

That's it! It might sound a bit elaborate, but remember: your hair loss is a complicated issue and deserves to be treated like one. Let me know if you found this hair loss remedy helpful.

I'm sure you can solve your problem:)

Hair loss and dandruff?

for the dandruff, use head and shoulders. seriously i had the same thing and head and shoulders is all it took!!! proactiv also makes a pretty great dandruff shampoo. as for loosing hair? it happens to us all...i went through a stage where i did loose hair really easily but it stopped after a month or so. but, i've known people that just haven't washed their hair for a few weeks and their hair stopped coming out easily..[i know its gross and since your trying to get rid of dandruff it may not be the best solution.:D]

Hair loss and dandruff?

Washing your hair everyday with mild shampoo will minimize the oil in your scalp that causes dandruff. Try putting lemon juice in your scalp before shampooing then rinse it off with water. Before going to bed, apply petroleum jelly on your affected scalp for this minimizes itchiness and flaking and would eventually stop your dandruff. I know how you feel because I've also experienced that before. For more tips on hair loss, visit
