hi there guyz.....im a 16 year old dude and about a year ago,i started losing quite a lot of hair,all over my head but mostly on the front and crown portions..could anyone please suggest any techniques for regrowing all the lost hair? i mean, does anyone know of any sure way of hair regrowth? thanks so much!

well, their is a shampoo %26amp; stuff called nioxin its suppose to help hair grown in thicker, you could try that..when u wash your hair try massaging your scalp with your fingertips for a few minutes.%26amp; a nutritional diet helps. i would hope you have went to the doctor, and w.e the problem was is resolved. good luck.
