i use "victoria secret's dry and damaged" shampoo but it seems it doesnt work

what treatment do you recomend me?

hey i am sorry i wouldrecommend a indian herbs for yur hair shampoos are very chemical and cause hairloss u should wash hair once a week.When it comes to having beautiful, full hair my best answer would be henna. Make sure you don't use lemon or lime juice in your recipe when you make the henna as they can cause your hair to break if it's already weak. Rain water is usually acidic enough to get a nice colour out of the henna as well and won't harm your hair further. Try using the henna as often as you can it should thicken your hair and keep it healthy. If you don't want the red of the henna you may want to look for "neutral" or "colourless" henna. It will do as nice a job for your hair but without the colour. With the neutral henna you just have to mix it with tap water, this should be used as often as possible. If there are any skin problems on your scalp the henna or neutral henna will both help fight it. The last idea I have would be to take coconut oil and massage your head with it every night. Make sure when you're washing out the oil you're using a gentle shampoo, even better a henna shampoo. I wish you luck.

Have you been using anti- dandruff shampoo because that can cause your hair to fall out, also if you brush your hair too vigourously causes your hair to fall out also.

ok i no how u feel grl i am 13 2 and i have alot of hair probs. and when i have a bad hair day everyone notices and i hate it apparently VICTORIA'S SECRET shampoo is not working for you you might be having a allergic reaction to something in the air or the kind of dye you use or the shampoo well i hope you find the prob. or fix it somehow!!!! HOLLA!

This could be because of stress, a lot of people undergoing sever stress loose hair, maybe something traumatic has happened?

It could also be caused by your diet make sure you have a well balanced diet.

If none of the above applies to you than go to the doctors, there maybe something else going on, but shampoo is not going to help.

Well at your age its always normal for some hair to fall out, im only 14 but a couple of years ago my hair was like that too, but it grew back. If its so bad your getting bald spots I suggest you go see your doctor, because that isnt so normal for a 13 year old. Oh and i also suggest switching shampoos if the Victorias Secret one isnt working.
