I am a 17 year old boy. I am losing a lot of hair. Its like little holes in my head with out hair. i dont know why this is happening. I ask some people and they say its lack of sleep or stress. but i dont think its that. i been losing hair for while now. i am getting kinda of scared that i will become bald. Please if you have any idea to help me grow back my hair please help. I thank all of you for helping.

just go see a doctor if your worrying. you shouldnt be losing any hair at all, at 17.

You need to get to a doctor. It could be a number of things, some not serious, others might not be good. Please tell your folks and see a doctor.

Hmmm..... I was going through the same thing at one point in my life but I was little older than you are. I went to dermatologists and did everything possible that I could but nothing helped. But then I stopped worrying about it and I noticed that my hair were getting better.

So it all comes down to stress and your eating habits. You should maintain a normal diet rich in protein and somewhat fats.

Hair are basically 91% of protein and egg white is a very good source for that. Try some of Organic hair root stimulator. if you have dandruff try changing your shampoo. From my experience Selson blue has really helped me. I never knew that I had dandruff but it worked.

Same thing happened to me. But in little older age, like 18. I consulted with a Homeopathy doctor at our locality. And going with his medicine. That is all. All gone. Now I am 35.
