There are some drugs which help. These are finasteride(Propecia), dutasteride, minoxidil (Rogaine) which help prevent further hair loss and in some cases helps get some hair back.

There are also a creams, Anthralin (Drithocreme) and steroid injections

Ultimately, male pattern baldness is not an illness. It just activity of male hormones ~DHT in those genetically inclined. Some people look really cool with it and it is really a matter of self confidence and self image. If it really makes you feel inferior or inadequate then do something about it else just take it in your stride

I'm 25 and started losing my hair when I was younger than you. As far as I know, Rogaine is meant to keep the hair you have, but in some cases it'll actually grow hair back. Other than that, wear a hat, get a wig or shave your head and make it look like it's intentional.

As for me, I'll just let whatever happens happen. The more you stress about it, the more hair you'll lose, right?

I heard rogaine can lead you to get cancer or something... Shave your head intentionally. so you wont have any hair to loose.
